AGM 2024/25 – Join Us
The Overlander Ski Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in person at the TCC on Monday, March 10th, 2025, at 7:00 PM PST. All members are encouraged to attend to stay informed about club operations and participate in the election of new board members.
- Promote outdoor activity and healthy, active lifestyles.
- Build confidence, teamwork, and lasting memories for all participants.
- Provide programs, lessons, and experiences for every skill level.

The Overlander Ski Club is guided by a devoted team of volunteers who serve on our Board of Directors. They work tirelessly, often behind the scenes, to ensure our trails, programs, and facilities are the best they can be. While their work is serious, their camaraderie and shared love for this community make serving on the board deeply rewarding.
We are grateful for the time, energy, and expertise each board member brings to the table, and for their commitment to creating a welcoming, vibrant space for all who visit Stake Lake.

About Chelsea Francis, General Manager
Chelsea Francis brings energy, organization, and a deep passion for the outdoors to her role as General Manager of the Overlander Ski Club. Known for her friendly presence and can-do attitude, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly, from coordinating events and overseeing staff to ensuring the trails and facilities meet the club’s high standards.
Chelsea’s leadership helps create the warm, welcoming environment members and guests feel the moment they arrive at Stake Lake.
