Program Description

Our Fall Dryland program features a mix of ski-specific training activities and games to prepare kids for the upcoming ski season. Activities will include skate roller skiing, agility/balance/coordination exercises, bodyweight strength training, and biathlon target shooting using the infrared Ecoaims biathlon equipment. The focus of the program will be on team-building and having fun with games and activities that will help prepare kids for the upcoming ski season.

Sessions will either be on roller skis, or will be in running shoes. The coaches will inform parents of the mode of training before each session.

No previous roller skiing experience is required. However, participants must have completed Jackrabbits Level 4 or at least one year of Track Attack, or have comparable basic skate skiing ability.
